Help Megan represent Wales in Our Chalet!!

Hi, I'm Megan, a Guide from Caerphilly.

After a long selection process, I'm honoured to be chosen to be one of 12 girls in Wales representing Girlguiding Cymru on a week-long trip to the world centre of Girlguiding, Our Chalet in Adelboden, Switzerland. This trip will involve sharing Welsh culture with people worldwide, learning new skills and independence, and having a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

I've been a part of Girlguiding since I joined Brownies when I was 7. Since then, It's given me so many opportunities, for example, going on camps or how to keep the Girlguiding traditions like flag-bearing, pioneering and survival skills alive. Not only this but it's given me friends for life. This trip would be my chance to give back to the Girlguiding community globally.

Our Chalet is one of 5 world centres of Girlguiding; it brings together Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in tradition and culture. By going, I will be able to showcase our rich welsh culture and learn about other customs worldwide, whilst having lots of fun!

Your donations will go towards the trip cost, as we are expected to fundraise for ourselves and the group. I would be highly grateful for any contributions. Thank you :)
