Megan, my wife of 19 years, has always been the heart of our family. She’s a busy body who never sits still, always helping everyone she meets. Three years ago, we moved to the US to work on a farm, and together we’ve faced and overcome many difficult situations. But now, we’re facing our hardest challenge yet.

Recently, Megan suffered a serious stroke that left her left side completely numb. She’s always been so active and independent, and it’s heartbreaking to see her struggle. She needs rehabilitation and medical care that we simply cannot afford. On top of that, our home needs changes so she can move around safely and comfortably. We’ve lost so many people in our lives, and I can’t imagine living without her.

I miss her deeply, and while I know she will never be quite the same, I am so grateful she’s still with us. Life has changed, but I want to do everything I can to make it better for her.
