Help Megan Pay Her ER Bill

Hello!
On May 30th, I woke up at 2am in excruciating pain. By 3am it was unbearable and I had to go to the ER. I found out that I was passing, yet another kidney stone (this is my 5th one).
At some point in the ER it felt as if the stone had passed and I was in the clear to go before we got to any CT scans or lab tests beyond a urine sample. I left without much more done, thinking and hoping it would lessen the cost of the visit as I wasn’t certain how much I would end up paying out of pocket.
Cut to the next day, May 31st, and I was in terrible pain once again where I ended up in the ER. There, I had a CT scan and labs done to determine that I was certainly passing a stone. Originally at the first ER visit, the stone had just moved and released some pain & pressure when I had thought I passed it.
Now, I am in the clear and believe I have passed the stone. Unfortunately I did have labs done a couple years ago and it was undetermined why I was getting them. I was advised to see a urologist and to find out more, however I cannot do this as I cannot afford the out of pocket costs for these types of appointments.
As well, at the moment, it has left me with a $657 ER bill thus far after insurance payments.
I recognize that $657 could be a meager amount compared to what I could have paid without insurance, but it’s an amount of money I do not have. I live paycheck to paycheck and I live without a savings account.
I work 40 hours a week and with the high price of my rent, groceries, and other bills, I cannot cover the amount I owe. I do not have anyone I can turn to for assistance either.
I do not have the funds to cover this $657 bill unfortunately and I’m hoping with the help of my community, I can alleviate the stress of this issue.
