Hello, I have recently had to purchase tickets to fly to California for two very urgent reasons. I want to help my 80-year-old sister who is in heart failure for the second time after receiving a partial heart transplant.

I'm also flying back to work with Social Security to receive my part of my ex-husband's benefits. I have had a lot of trouble trying to do this and had to jump through too many hoops, so it is necessary for me to fly to California.
