Help Megan, Cam and their newborn baby
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
My name is Jenny, and I am reaching out to you today to support my dear friends Megan and Cam and their beautiful newborn baby, Caizen. Megan delivered her baby prematurely at 29 weeks and 2 days, and while both mom and baby are fighters, they need our help during this challenging time.
Their Story
Megan has always been a pillar of strength and involved in our community. She is the type of person who goes out of her way to help others, and now it's our turn to support her. Her baby, Caizen, entered the world earlier than expected and is currently in the Peter Lougheed until he can come home. This unexpected arrival has brought not only emotional stress but also significant financial burdens.
The Challenge
Premature birth comes with a multitude of challenges. is facing:
- Lost Income: With Megan and Cam needing to be by her baby's side, she is unable to work, resulting in a loss of income that would have supported her and her family during this time.
- Travel and Living Costs: The hospital in Calgary is away from their home, leading to increased travel expenses and the need for temporary accommodation.
How You Can Help
We are setting up this GoFundMe to help alleviate some of the financial strain so Megan and Cam can focus on what matters most – her baby’s health and well-being. Your generous donations will go towards:
- Supporting daily living expenses during this period of lost income
- Helping with travel and accommodation costs so Megan and Cam can stay close to their baby
Every Little Bit Helps
No amount is too small, and every donation is deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign with your friends, family, and social networks. Your support means the world to Megan and her family during this time of need.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and generosity. Together, we can help Megan, Cam, Corbett, Brayden, Emily and Caizen navigate this difficult journey and bring them some much-needed relief.
