My name is Megan Burton and I’ve been offered an amazing opportunity to take part in British Youth Music Theatre (BYMT) this summer.

I’m due to perform in Paper Stars in Exeter (14–16 August) — a new music theatre show by Grace Chapple (Co-Writer), Luke Byrne (Composer & Lyricist) and Miranda Middleton (Co-Writer).

BYMT is a national youth music theatre company, and being selected is a huge honour. It means intensive training, rehearsals, and performing as part of a full production alongside young people from across the UK, supported by industry professionals.

To be able to take part, I need to raise £2,000 to cover course fees + travel + accommodation + other essential costs. Any donation — big or small — will help me take part in this experience and develop my skills and confidence as a performer.
