“It’s with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of my dad. He was deeply loved by so many, and we know this news will come as a shock to those whose lives he touched. We’re so sorry to have to share this through social media, but in times like these, it’s the fastest way to reach all the family, friends, and community who cared for him.

SkateWorld Leesburg will be closed on Thursday as we take time to process this tragic loss. My mom and I are currently surrounded by loved ones who are holding us close as we navigate this heartbreak. Please give us grace and patience as we find our new footing in the weeks ahead.

The love my dad showed my momma gave me a true vision of what “’til death do us part” really means. He was the perfect example of a leader—strong, kind, and steady—and his spirit will forever be with me. I hope one day I can fulfill his dreams in his honor.
