Help Meg & Kelvin Rebuild Their Home

Donation protected
On March 28, 2021, Kelvin and Meg were supposed to move into their newly purchased home in Sayville, but it caught on fire, causing major damage and rendering it uninhabitable.  Luckily Kelvin, Meg, and their dog were not in the home but some of their possessions were, including all of Meg's clothing.

Meg and Kelvin overcame every obstacle thrown at them in 2020, from canceling and changing their wedding plans, late nights for Meg working as an emergency room nurse, and long days for Kelvin as a chef. They never complained as they navigated the year with new restrictions as essential employees, first-time home buyers, and while planning their wedding. These newlyweds deserve a happy ending!

On behalf of Kelvin and Meg's work family at Blackbirds, we would like to ask for your help to alleviate any short-term financial stress for them by contributing to help them plan their next chapter and rebuild their home.
