As many of you know, Pastors Nelson and Valerie Baez of God’s House of Healing & Restoration have faithfully served our community with love, sacrifice, and compassion. They have poured themselves out for so many driving countless miles to bring people to retreats, helping families move, visiting the sick, and always being there when someone was in need.

Their vehicle has been a true workhorse in this ministry, but after years of wear and constant breakdowns, it has reached the end of its journey. It’s no longer safe or reliable to take on the road, and this has placed a real burden on their ability to continue serving the way they always have.

Pastors Nelson and Valerie would never ask for help themselves, which is why we feel it’s so important for us, their church family and friends, to come together in this season and bless them with something they truly need: a reliable vehicle.

Scripture reminds us in Galatians 6:10: “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” Pastors Nelson and Valerie have given so much often putting others before themselves, truly living out the call to love their neighbor as themselves. Now it’s our turn to sow back into their lives.

Every gift, big or small, is an opportunity to bless two faithful servants who have blessed so many. Let’s help them continue their work with the peace of mind that comes from having safe, dependable transportation.
