Help me with my emergency surgery

Hi everyone!! My name is Ashley I’m 22 years old. I work full time as a server and attend college full time. My two year old French bulldog, Luna wasn’t using her back legs and was dragging them around like she was paralyzed. I rushed her to the vet and they told me she needed to have emergency surgery on her spine to be able to walk again or she would be paralyzed. Her surgery is costing about 8,000. Any little thing will help me out in this hard time. I don’t want my little baby to be paralyzed and being put down isn’t an option. She is only a puppy and is the most sweetest loving dog ever.
