Help me with day to day and motorcycle payments

Hi y'all, since my first open heart surgery in September and second surgery in February now I have to have another surgery in June as the chest bone is still moving.

The co-pays medicine and everything else has set me back to a record low. I can't work and I'm about to lose my motorcycle.

I am so far behind that I have to ask you all for any help you can offer. My truck is also collateral on the bike so I could lose both.

I humble myself and ask for your help, please help if you can.
