Help Me Volunteer in Zimbabwe for Wildlife Conservation!
Hi! My name is Maya and I am a college student majoring in Pre-Vet Medicine. I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to travel to Zimbabwe and volunteer with a hands-on wildlife conservation program—and I need your support to help make it happen!
For two weeks, I’ll be living and working on a game reserve dedicated to protecting some of Africa’s most iconic and endangered animals. This once-in-a-lifetime experience will allow me to contribute directly to conservation efforts through activities like horse management and care, game monitoring, anti-poaching support, and cattle management. I’ll also help walk rescued and rehabilitated elephants and rhinos, assist with animal welfare monitoring and game counts, and even observe—and potentially assist with—veterinary work in the field.
This is more than just a trip—it’s a chance to make a real impact on the ground, learn from experienced conservationists, and support the long-term survival of wildlife species under threat. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward helping me cover travel, accommodation, and program costs.
The funds raised will help cover:
• Round-trip airfare to and from Zimbabwe
• Program fees
• Travel costs
• Trip insurance
Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to this opportunity and helps support a cause that means the world to me. Thank you so much for your generosity and for believing in this mission! I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart!
If you aren’t able to donate, prayers would also be greatly appreciated!
