Hi and Jambo!
My name is Eesha, and I am a student at Great Sankey High School in Warrington.
I have been given an incredible opportunity to travel to Kenya in 2027 for a 4-week expedition with Camps International.
Camps International is a well-established organisation that partners with rural communities to deliver long-term, sustainable projects. Their work focuses on improving education, living conditions, wildlife conservation, and environmental protection.
What I’ll Be Doing
During my expedition, I will help with:
- Community development projects in rural Kenya
- Environmental and sustainability work for individuals and families in these communities
- Wildlife conservation to protect vulnerable habitats
Project Goals
- Raise educational standards within developing rural communities
- Improve living conditions for families
- Support ongoing conservation to protect wildlife and biodiversity
Why It Matters
This experience means so much to me. I hope to develop important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, resilience, and cultural understanding. I want to contribute positively, learn from others, and return inspired to make a difference in the world.
I’m excited about meeting new people and experiencing a new culture, though I’m also a little nervous about being away from home and adapting to new challenges — but I know this journey will help me grow.
How You Can Help
To make this experience possible, I am fundraising to cover the cost of the expedition. I would be extremely grateful for any contributions — no matter the size.
Every donation brings me one step closer to making a real difference in Kenya.
Thank you so much and Asante sane, for your support and kindness. It truly means the world to me.
