My mom, Linda, is battling cancer for the third time. In 2016 she found out she had breast cancer. Through a quick battle she beat it! One year and 5 months later she found out she had leukemia. This battle was rough, yet she still beat it and rang the bell of victory on June 1st!! Here we are, one year and one month after leukemia, and her breast cancer is back. Through all of it she was always concerned with losing her hair. I have always promised her that if she ever did, I had more than enough to give! The first two rounds of cancer, she was able to combat with different types of treatments and keep her hair. This round, however, she is not as fortunate. I want nothing more than to be able to give my mom my hair. She has been there for me through everything! Unfortunately, living two states away, this is all I can currently do to help her!
I have set my goal for $2000. I am looking into a couple different wigmaking company's all with price ranges from $950 to $2000 depending on how much hair they will need to supplement with my own. Whatever amount I have left will go to my mom to help her get through the days she can't work from being sick.
Please consider helping out to make this promise to my mom happen!
If you know Linda please do not tell her about this, I want it to be a suprise! Thank you!
