Cally's Transition Fund

Hi - my name's Cally. I'm a trans woman from the United Kingdom who finally feels ready to come out to the world and start my transition. This is a massive step for me, as anybody who knows me well can probably attest to! Despite having taken this leap, however, I'm struggling to source funding for a number of procedures I'm looking to undergo. The most crucial for me is definitely full gender reassignment surgery, which takes priority over everything else. However, I would also be looking to get permanent body & facial hair removal, a hair transplant and facial feminisation surgery. Potentially (if I can afford it) I would seek vocal surgery too. If I recieved enough donations I would also look to get some body-shaping attire such as breast forms & hip pads for early in the transition process. I don't currently know how much this would all cost in it's entirety, as much of it will depend on certain factors I can't yet plan for. This does unfortunately mean that the final goal will end up higher when I'm able to at last undergo my surgeries. I'm very aware that it's been a difficult year financially for many people, and as a result I know it might be difficult to donate much (if anything). However, any support you are able to provide would mean more than I can express in words - in essence, it would help me finally feel comfortable in my own body and live my life as me. I've spent so long simply hiding myself away from the world feeling utterly depressed and out-of-place, and it's not how I intend to continue.
