Hey, I’m Isaiah — a dedicated Karate athlete from Ontario, Canada. I’ve been training since I was a teenager, and I’ve made it this far through consistent hard work, faith, and every resource I could scrape together.
I’ve competed at the provincial and world level in karate, placing as high as 5th at nationals. I’ve come to learn that raw passion and potential isn’t enough to reach the next step — it takes money, especially when you’re not from a wealthy background.
This winter, I’ve been given an incredible opportunity:
Train in Miami this December/January under Olympic medalists Ariel Torres and Grace Lau
Compete at Karate Canada Nationals in February 2026 in Nova Scotia
Begin my journey to the WKF Series A circuit in 2026
These are the next steps I have to take if I want to transition from a local competitor to a serious international athlete — and I’m training 7 days a week toward that dream.

The Financial Reality
I work full-time and cover what I can, but between mortgage payments, bills, and the rising cost of travel and training fees, I simply can’t afford all of it alone.
Training camps, travel, rental car, accommodation, food and national-level competition fees — it all adds up to more than $5,000 over the next few months.
Which is why I’m asking for your support.
Any amount helps — everything raised will go directly toward:
• Miami training camp & travel
• Karate Canada Nationals expenses
• Future Series A competition prep

Why It Matters
I believe God gave me this talent for a reason — not to sit still, but to chase what’s possible. Miami is my chance to grow into who I’m meant to be. And one day, with everything I gain, I want to pave the way for my students to reach even higher.
My dream isn’t only about medals or rankings — it’s about growing into the kind of sensei who can pour everything I’ve learned back into the next generation. Whether my highest ceiling is a solid Series A athlete or a world champion, I want to live out the full measure of my talent, so I can one day give the best of myself to those I teach.
I feel that it would be a waste — for me, for God’s gift, and for my students — if I didn’t take this chance while I still can.
If you believe in potential, purpose, and the power of doing something with everything you’ve been given, your support would mean the world.
