help me to stay on track with my post stroke neuro rehab

3 years ago I had a massive cerebral stroke from which I immediately recovered quite well. Upon my release from the hospital though I developed a chronic neuropathic central pain syndrome on the entire left side of my body. I tried many different medications also very heavy ones. I have also tried full spectrum oil from cannabis, botulotoxin shots, acupuncture, yoga etc...All in vain unfortunately :( That's 3 years of constant pain. I am also 60% disabled with rather limited physical and cognitive abilities even with driver's license suspended :(

I realize that I have to deal with this pathology with a medium-long stay at a specialized neuro-rehabilitation center.

I concluded my first round of rehab procedures in Slovakia in march We focused on ozone and oxygen therapies combined with rigorous exercise (thera suit method) and trying to improve left hand's spasticity and fine motorics.

I havent felt any improvements unfortunately but I remain positive that things will improve if I keep going

I would like to go for more rounds in the future. The next one in november.

The Italian public health system does not cover much in these cases so I continue looking abroad especially in Slovakia, Czechia and Austria
