Help me to save my dog Cima

hi, I'm Matteo, I don't know if this will work out. I'm in a veterinary hospital in Montpellier right now. Cima suddenly started feeling very bad, just 3 months after having fought the severe illness of Rickettsia. Here in the hospital they found out that she has a mass in the liver and they suspect an inflammation in the belly. Now the doctors are analyzing the liquids of the belly and in case of infection they will proceed to a surgery for a removal with my consens.In the meanwhile they would try to remove a part of the mass to analyze it.

These steps for knowing if there is hope are very expensive. 3 months ago, when we fought the Rickettsia, I already spent all my money. I work in France in agriculture as a seasonal worker and my choice is to life my live in a camping car. I'm lucky that my girlfriend is with me and supporting me emotionally and economically.

Today I already asked for different credits:
to my Mom, my Grandmother and still to my girlfriend. None of us is rich. 

I hope there is hope for Cima and already for looking for hope i need help.
