To the World I’m known as a chef, and to some as a playwright, and amateur comedian. Right now I am a wrestler; wrestling with pancreatic cancer, and an even larger opponent: the physical inability to work, with the attendant loss of all income.

I have enjoyed wonderful customer and patron support over the years, which I have returned in culinary kind. The lines between patronage and friendship have long since blurred into warm relationships that have lasted decades. I am hoping for a little enduring support so that I can subsist while I continue my fight back towards health.
