Help me to live the last few months of my life

Hello my name is Michael Heintskill, I’m a father and husband. I have two children, Michael and Abigail, 16 and 13, and my wife of 17 years shonda. I was diagnosed with prostate and kidney cancer seven years ago, and underwent two surgeries and thirty two rounds of radiation. I was told that my cancer was now undetectable. A little over a year ago I had to go into the emergency room because because of severe pain in my back, X-rays showed two tumors on my spine, I underwent surgery to remove them. The cancer had spread to my spine and now the cancer has spread into my bones. In the last year cancer has taken everything from me, physical, emotional and financially. I find near impossible to keep enough food on the table for my children. Now I’m shuffling bills to try and keep our house a float. It’s very hard to ask for your help. I would like to live the last eight months of my life with my family, happy. As far as my death I would to leave this world at home with my family at peace. Anything you could do to help my family and I through this journey would be appreciated more than words could convey.
