Where do I start…. First thank you for reading my story!! I am asking for Help to get my life back… Life after a Heart Attack, Sepsis, A Stroke, Congested Heart failure to name a few in less than a 2 year span, amongst several other major surgeries. Now I am fighting with Social Security because they have me as deceased in the system…. Now here’s the fight… Because of that error I have lost all benefits. After having major surgery a week ago, now I’m unable to attend my post op appointments because I have no coverage!!!
