Help me to defend BFG National's & World's titles

 

Hi everyone,




As some of you already know, I am Colombian ultimate frisbee player who have been living in Seattle for a couple years now. Finally, last year I was able to play a full club season with my team BFG. It was a great year for us. We won regionals and automatically claimed a spot to get the chance to play against the best mixed teams in the country at Nationals.

 

I was pretty excited and happy to play my first US National championship, and with no expectations other than enjoying every moment with this incredible team and teammates, we got first place. Yeahhh We are National Champions!! Now we get a spot to play at World's in Cincinnati this summer, which by the way BFG is the actual World's champs too. So it is a big year for us and it's been a great journey for me and I want to keep enjoying it.

 

Because we have these big events, the cost of the season is pretty expensive, and I can't afford it with my school and living expenses, this is why I created this gofoundme with the goal to raise money and be able to participate in this amazing opportunity to keep playing frisbee with this incredible team. All the money that I raise would cover my flights, hotels, tournament fees, uniforms and food costs. 


I already started my ultimate year winning the first Professional Women’s Western Ultimate League with the Seattle team Tempest, and now I want to keep the streak but this time with my club team BFG.
