Help me to continue walking with my family.

Hello,

My name is Veronica and I'm asking for your help for my husband Manuel. After 6 months of constant pain in the back trying many different things we finally got a back specialist who told us, he needs a surgery to help. He has a spine disc moving and pushing his legs nerves which makes him live in pain all the time, he can't walk a lot, he cannot stay sit or stand for a long time; even when he's laying at bed he's in pain.

I'm Manuel, I haven't been able to work a lot for 4 months. I'm a mechanic and continue doing some jobs that are easy for me and doesn't cause more pain because I have a family to support. If I don't get this surgery soon, I won't be able to walk if any of the nerves break because of the pushing and the inflammation.

Manuel and I have worked very hard to support our family. We are a blended family. He has 2 teenagers and I have my little daughter who is 5.

We are asking for your help because Manuel as an independent mechanic and me a lady taxi driver in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, we don't have access to free health care. We work and have enough money to eat and pay the bills but we are not able to get this amount of money for the surgery.

We will really appreciate any amount you could donate us. We will pray for anyone of you giving us some money.

Mi nombre es Verónica y les pido ayuda para mi esposo Manuel. Después de 6 meses de dolor constante en la espalda probando muchas cosas diferentes, finalmente conseguimos un especialista en columna que nos dijo que necesitaba una cirugía para ayudarle. Tiene un disco en la columna que se mueve y presiona sus nervios de las piernas lo que le hace vivir con dolor todo el tiempo, no puede caminar mucho, no puede permanecer sentado o de pie por mucho tiempo; Incluso cuando está acostado en la cama siente dolor.

Soy Manuel, llevo 4 meses sin poder trabajar mucho. Soy mecánico y sigo haciendo algunos trabajos que me resultan fáciles y no me causan más dolor porque tengo una familia que mantener. Si no me hago esta cirugía pronto, no podré caminar si alguno de los nervios se rompe debido a la presión y la inflamación.

Manuel y yo hemos trabajado muy duro para mantener a nuestra familia. Somos una familia mixta. Él tiene 2 adolescentes y yo tengo a mi hija pequeña de 5 años.

Les pedimos su ayuda porque Manuel como mecánico independiente y yo como taxista en Zihuatanejo, México, no tenemos acceso a atención médica gratuita. Trabajamos y tenemos suficiente dinero para comer y pagar las cuentas pero no podemos conseguir esa cantidad de dinero para la cirugía.

Realmente apreciaremos cualquier cantidad que puedas donarnos. Oraremos por cualquiera de ustedes que nos dé algo de dinero.
