I've had stage 5 kidney failure for about 2 years now, Ive worked for most of those 2 years while doing dialysis 3 days out of the week 4 hours at a time in the afternoon. I've now reached the point where I can't work and make a gainful employment. My wife does work, she is a substitute teacher and doesn't bring home enough to fill the gap. Social Security told me at the start it would take 5 months to get things started, now they say that it will not be until February that my payments will start. I am now out of the money that I saved up. I was able to pay rent for this month, but nothing else. So that's what is going on, I have never done this before but I really need your help.
