I never imagined I would find myself in this position, but today I am reaching out for help during one of the hardest times of my life. I was injured on the job and, shortly afterward, I lost my job. I am still receiving treatment for a serious injury to my right hand. While my medical bills are being covered, I currently have no income. Because my hand is injured, I have been unable to find new employment, as most employers are hesitant to hire someone who cannot fully use their hand. I am also a diabetic, so managing my health while dealing with this injury has made life even more challenging.

Right now, I need help covering basic living expenses such as housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, and other everyday necessities while I recover and wait for my medical status to change so I can return to work. I am also waiting for my unemployment benefits. As a nurse, I have dedicated my career to caring for others. I have always been the one helping those in need, never expecting that one day I would be the person asking for help. I am the sole provider for my household, and I also help support my elderly mother who lives abroad. Not being able to provide for my family has been incredibly difficult.

I know this is a lot to ask, but any contribution, no matter the amount, would make a meaningful difference and help us get through this difficult period.
