I am excited to share that I have been given the opportunity to teach in Belize as part of a program that immerses participants in the vibrant culture of an international village school. As a student in the College of Education and Human Development, I will be working in Belizean schools, learning firsthand about their educational protocols, curriculum, and instructional practices. This experience will allow me to grow as an educator and gain a deeper understanding of diverse learning cultures.

What inspired me most about this program is the chance to open myself up to new perspectives and teaching methods. I believe that learning from different cultures will not only enrich my own teaching but also help me better support my future students.
