Help me take my son to Nationals
Donation protected
After being diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer back in October of 2016 My involvement in my son's basketball dream took a hit. Jayden fell in love with the game at the age of 3 yeas old and I have been there every step of the way, from being his first coach to his personal trainer and going to all his practices workouts and games I've witnessed nothing but progression and a attachment to the game. Last year was the first time Jayden and his Riverside Hawks team made it to Nationals. We, the Riverside family, took a road trip out to Maryland and came in 13th place out of 40 teams. This experience has not only inspired Jayden to become a better player but it also has had a impact on me. From the way I train him to the way I raise him, I have learned how much love and passion we share for one another. This year it has been announced that Nationals will be held in Orlando Florida. Unfortunately I have not been able to work for close to a year due to my medical condition and it has been a challenge to provide for my son. Our goal is to never miss out on the opportunity to play on a big stage like Nationals. I opened this page in hopes that everyone who takes the time to read this can help keep our dream alive.
