Help me take care of Wanda

That's my Mom, Wanda. She is a sweet soul, kind and loving to all. Unfortunately, at age 85, after caring for Dad (who passed in 2011) and sacrificing her health, she had a cardiac issue in January and spent 14 days in and out of the hospital, and it wrecked her.
It is a miracle that she is still with us according to a nurse, but she is and is fighting to come back.
The elderly do not do well with long hospital stays. No reference of day or night, never really getting to sleep, medicines, and anesthesia left her with a huge chunk of memories gone, confusion, and unable to move like she used to. She is a fall risk, and forgets to use her walker, putting her at risk.
I live with her, and before covid and this setback, I could go out and work, and pay her mortgage. Now, I am her 24/7 caregiver and can't leave her alone.
The County tells me that there is no financial help available for our situation. So, I'm hoping some good souls can help me reach my goal.
I have never been in a position like this, where I couldn't just work my way out of any problem, so this doesn't feel very good, but here I am. Asking for your help. Asking you to tell others, and help me take care of my Mom.
