Help me survive and live during kidney failure

Hi my name is Carl Cammack. I'm a 40 year old father of 7. I'm a hard worker and my family means the world to me. Kidney failure was very unexpected. It has been very hard on our normal day to day life. Good news is my wife is a match. The bad news is we're both are gonna be off of work for awhile due to recovery. Neither of us will have a source of income. Anything anyone can do would be greatly appreciated. I'm full of pride sometimes, so even writing this was hard for me, but I needed to have some humility and ask for help. Thank to everyone in advance.
