Pretty much, no money, trying to get a job, no place to live, and a potential roommate screwed me over.

22 year old male, just wanting to move out again from my dad's place, to get out of his hair, and allow me to survive the coming Canadian winter.

Immediately, asap, etc, as I have only a month to raise these funds.

I need to find myself a place in the meantime, but with these funds, I should be able to find a place with ease.
