Help me support the Tobon-Garcia family!

About two weeks ago, my coworker Ana took her son (Justin) to his doctor for neck pain. After an X-ray and a CT this family had to face the scary diagnosis of Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma with metastasis to the lungs of their youngest child (16 yrs old). Justin is a young warrior that is keeping his family strong during the process. He has already had his first round of chemo, and he will need 6 more rounds. Justin will also need injections to support his immune system and to keep his defenses at a good level, let alone visits to specialists and once he fights this horrible cancer he will need to have continuous monitoring of his health. This process will be hard for him but also for his family.

My goal is to give Justin, my friend Ana and their family support through this uncertain journey. Justin was working at Culver's and doing dual enrollment in high school and Valencia College but he has had to stop working due to his diagnosis. His mother Ana continues to work full-time and his father recently had a procedure on his knee and has been out of work for about 5 weeks, he's recovering and will go back to work once he recovers. They do have health insurance but they will have many additional unforeseen expenses that can be overwhelming while undergoing cancer treatment. Justin is a young fighter with a kind soul. His mom is always looking to help others by going above and beyond taking care of her patients as an MRI Technologist. I know that they are a humble family that will never ask for anything, which is why I am creating this to help support them and alleviate some of the financial burdens.
