Help Me Support My Father’s Fight Against Parkinson’s

Hello, my name is Grace and I have been a devoted caregiver to my father, who has been battling Parkinson’s disease since 2017. Since then, I’ve faced both emotional and financial struggles. My father’s treatment requires ongoing, specialized care, including stem cell therapies that have shown promise in managing his symptoms and improving his quality of life. Unfortunately, these treatments come at a high cost, and the financial burden of supporting my dad while balancing my own responsibilities has been overwhelming.

Donating would significantly alleviate the debt I’ve incurred from caring for my father, and help ensure that he can continue receiving the treatments he needs to live a better life. But beyond that, I want to help others who are facing the same challenges. Caregiving for someone with a chronic illness—especially Parkinson’s—can be isolating and draining. Many families are navigating the same struggles, and I believe we can all benefit from a network of support, resources, and understanding.

That’s why I’m reaching out for your help. The funds I raise will not only support my father’s ongoing care, but also go towards building support programs for other caregivers who are often overwhelmed and alone. If I’m fortunate enough to gain your support, I also plan to contribute part of it to Parkinson’s research through Team Fox’s Huntington Beach run, which is taking place on September 14th. I pray that this help will go directly to research that could change the lives of millions, including my father.
