HELP me fund UNIVERSITY studies

Championing developmental changes to create a more just society for underprivileged communities and fighting for global respect for our planet is what I need to do to give myself a purpose. I have tried to speak about this through art, film and volunteering but my voice is still hushed and inexperienced.
There is just more I need to learn first. To do this I have somehow beaten all the odds and am starting a 4 year BA degree course in International Development and Modern Languages at Portsmouth University in two weeks. It includes one year on a developmental project in Latin America, Africa or Asia. Getting on this course was a lucky last minute break!
To make it happen, though, I need financial help to pay for a room in halls of residence, buying books and paying living costs, at least for the first year, since I am not eligible yet for a student maintenance loan. The student room for the year is going to cost me £5400 per year. Living costs are estimated at at least £7000 per year. For a computer that I need to keep my organized and help me cope with Attention Deficit Disorder I will also need some money.
My aim is to collect £12,000 for my first year.
For anyone kind enough to help me on my mission I would be happy to send a printed copy of one of my art works (like the one on my avatar), if provided with private contact details through my email.
