Knowledge is a tool. I’ve been learning to accept this fact as I live my life. When I complete something, or do something successfully, it’s always because I took time to compile my knowledge first. It isn’t the solution to every problem, but it helps you get far in life. After watching the people I love around me pave their own way, I’ve become inspired to take charge of my own life, and the CIEE Travel Abroad program to Tokyo Japan will help me achieve this goal.

This fundraiser will help me with the initial deposit, airfare, tuition, and board for my study abroad program. Being able to participate in this program means I can continue to grow, learn, and experience the world in a new way. I am excited for the chance to step outside my comfort zone and make the most of this opportunity.
