Hello, my name is Abbagayl and I got accepted into a study abroad program at my college in Nice, France!!!! I am beyond excited but I need help with the program fees so I can focus on saving for momentos, any other essentials, flight tickets, a month worth of bills and to see a bit of London, Italy, and Paris while I'm there. I have no clue when I'll get another opportunity like this. The funds will help cover program fees, daily essentials, and allow me to fully participate in cultural and educational experiences. The program includes coursework, housing with a host family, academic facilities, excursions, and most meals. I'll be living in Nice for 3 weeks and 2 days, which gives me 5 extra days to explore and experience more of Europe. This support will make it possible for me to focus on learning, language immersion, and personal growth during my time abroad.

I'm genuinely excited for this opportunity. I’ve always loved science and writing, and getting to take these courses in another country feels really special. I’ll be taking Personal and Exploratory Writing and Field Biology: Ecological and Environmental Field Experience. I’m especially excited to be immersed in the French language and to learn it each week from a native speaker. I studied French briefly when I was younger, but I don’t remember much, so being surrounded by the language again feels both exciting and meaningful. Living with a host family and learning in a completely different environment is something I know will help me grow in ways I couldn’t experience at home. This truly feels like a once in a lifetime opportunity, and having support to make it possible means everything to me.

I don’t know when I’ll ever have the chance to live, study, and learn in Europe like this again, and I want to make the most of it while still being financially responsible.
