Hello! my name is dominique and i’ve been on probation since i was 19 years old. I was in a physically and emotionally abusive relationship at the time of my offense which played a large part in the situation i was involved in. i owned up to my guilt and plead guilty to get HYTA, which would allow me to be on probation with a sealed record and if completed successfully, i would not have a felony on my record. It is approaching my final months and a bomb was dropped on me. Although i have completed all the mandated terms of my probation including drug testing, staying in the state of Michigan and going to therapy to get assistance with my mental health, i have to pay 9,000 in fees before September. I honestly thought i had more time to pay. I just moved into my own place after being homeless for nearly 6 months and got my own car last year mid pandemic. I don’t have 9,000 to spare in just 2 months time. If i don’t pay it before september, i will forfeit my HYTA and have my felony on my record. Anything helps. Thank you ❤️
