Hi, my name is Nicholas Andrew Young and I’m passionate about criminal justice and legal studies. I’ve worked tirelessly to pursue my degree, dreaming of a future in law school where I can advocate for fairness, justice, and opportunity. But right now, my education is at risk. Financial and business holds are preventing me from registering for my summer and fall classes. Without being able to enroll, my graduation is in jeopardy, and I can’t even apply for scholarships because the holds block access to my transcripts. This barrier is completely out of my control, and after years of dedication and sacrifice, it feels crushing. I refuse to let this stop me. Every dollar raised here will help me pay tuition, registration fees, and essential resources to stay enrolled, continue my degree, and keep my dream alive. Your support isn’t just financial—it’s a vote of confidence in someone determined to make a difference in the legal system and in the lives of others facing obstacles. I’ve also written to the Board of Regents and Congressman Derek Schmidt, advocating for reforms to these unfair financial hold policies, but change takes time. In the meantime, I need help to keep moving forward. Even a small donation helps me stay one step closer to graduation and law school, and sharing this campaign spreads awareness about how financial barriers are stopping ambitious students in their tracks. Thank you for believing in me, supporting my journey, and helping turn a setback into an opportunity.
