Hey everyone! My name is Sofia Qureshi and I'm helping out my friend, Nuvyra Amin, in Dhaka, Bangladesh for an emergency fundraising for her university tuition to stay in academia and pursue her MBA dream. PLEASE don't let her lose a year! Help her stay in university while she navigates an unfortunate situation with her parents. The goal is $750 CAD! Please share and donate generously for this beautiful woman! ❤️

Here is her story, in her own words:

Hi, my name is Nuvyra Amin. I’m from Dhaka, Bangladesh and I’m currently pursuing my Professional MBA degree at Jagannath University — a journey that means everything to me. Education has always been my biggest hope for a better, more independent future.

Recently, I encountered an unexpected financial challenge — my parents, who have been funding my education so far, have withdrawn their financial support for my upcoming semester. As a result, I am now unable to meet the $750 CAD tuition payment required to continue my studies. I have taken 5 courses and the fees for 5 courses including dues from the previous semester cost $750 CAD or 65,000 BDT.

I have been working part-time and freelancing to support myself, but it has not been enough to cover the tuition balance. Therefore, I am reaching out to this community for assistance.

Your contributions, no matter the size, will directly go toward my tuition and help me continue my MBA without interruption. I am deeply grateful for any help, encouragement, or even sharing of this campaign with others who may be able to assist.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my story, for believing in education, and for supporting students like me who are trying to keep going against all odds.

With gratitude and hope,

– Nuvyra Amin

All donations made to Nuvyra Amin will be sent to me (Sofia Qureshi) and then funds will be transferred via Taptap Send (since she lives in Dhaka, Bangladesh).
