Hi everyone,

I’m a 2nd-year Interaction Design student at Capilano University, and I’m currently facing an urgent tuition deadline.

I immigrated to Canada to build a better life for myself. My parents are not here and are not able to financially support me. I fully support myself, along with my sister, and I don’t have a safety net or a way to “go back” if things fall apart. Education is the only path I have forward.

Over the past weeks, I’ve been paying my tuition in very small amounts whenever I can. I’m working while studying and living on a very tight budget, but because I can’t pay the remaining balance all at once, I keep getting deregistered from my classes. Right now, I’m at risk of losing my enrollment if I can’t cover the remaining tuition by the upcoming deadline.

Academically, I’m doing very well,

my grades are strong, and I’m currently on the Dean’s List. That’s what makes this so painful. I’ve worked incredibly hard, but this last semester has become a nightmare financially, and I’m terrified of losing everything I’ve worked for because of money.

I’m asking for help to cover the remaining tuition so I can stay registered and continue my studies. Any amount 'even a small one ' would make a real difference. If you’re not able to donate, sharing this would mean so much to me.
