Help Me Start Over

My soon to be ex-husband and I got married and had our first child when I was only 19 years old. He didn't want me to work and convinced me that staying at home was best for our family. Initially, I happily complied. Over the years, he stopped wanting me to leave the house all together and started becoming more and more emotionally and sexually abusive. We also ended up having 3 more children, which with childcare costs, made it pointless for me to find work when I decided I wanted to. I was never on his bank account, nor was able to have one of my own. So when I tried to leave the first time, in 2014, I had literally nothing to my name. I found a job at a local bar, but homelessness and the separation from my children wore on me and after a couple of months, I went back on the stipulation that I keep my job. I was still never put on the bank account and since my pay was cash, he decided that it would be used as spending money for groceries and gas and I was never able to save anything up. So when I left for good this past January, I still had nothing.
This time I had a friend with a spare bedroom I could stay in. I saved up everything I could until I was finally, after 5 months, able to put down a deposit on a house for rent so that I could have my children in my home with me.
2 weeks after I signed the lease, I unexpectedly lost my job. My vehicle is currently in need of repair to the point where I can't use it. My bank account that I just opened in April has a negative balance, my rent is late, and my water and electricity will be turned off within a month. These issues have caused my ex husband to keep me from having my children in my home, especially given I can not transport them to and from school. I've been applying for jobs, but I've had no luck yet and don't know if I can make it in the meantime.
I'm just hoping for a kick start. Enough to get my bank account back to a positive balance, pay my water, make a payment on electricity, and possibly get started on my vehicle repairs so I can look for jobs in a wider radius than I'm currently able.
Thank you
