1. Who I am:

My name is Zaid, and I am a 17‑year-old student passionate about math, physics, and technology. I am especially strong in mathematics, having scored 700/800 on the Math section of the SAT, and I plan to pursue an engineering major at university.

2. Where I’m from:

I am originally from Gaza, but I am currently displaced and living in Egypt due to the ongoing crisis in my home region.

3. Who will benefit:

I am the sole beneficiary of this fundraiser. The funds will go entirely to cover my own educational expenses. No other individuals or organizations will receive or manage the funds.

4. How the funds will be spent:

I am raising 500 EUR to cover the following educational costs:

SAT exam (110 USD ≈ 95 EUR): I have already taken the SAT and scored 1220 overall (520 in English, 700 in Math). While my math score shows my strong ability, I need to retake the SAT to improve my English score and strengthen my university applications.

IELTS exam (8,500 EGP ≈ 154 EUR)

IELTS prep lessons (10,000 EGP ≈ 183 EUR)

Fees to send my test scores to universities

College/university application fees

All funds will be used directly to pay for these exams, lessons, and application costs. I will personally manage the funds and ensure they are spent entirely on my education.

Why I need support:

For many students, these fees are standard. But as a displaced student from Gaza, these costs are a significant barrier. I am not raising money for conflict-related purposes, military efforts, or any prohibited activities—this fundraiser is strictly for my education.

Every contribution, no matter how small, brings me closer to retaking the SAT, preparing for the IELTS, and submitting my university applications—helping me pursue my dream of studying engineering and building a stable future.
