I'm nearly 74 years old and currently living with family, but they are planning to move to a smaller place. This means I need to find a place of my own, but with the high cost of rent, it's simply not possible on my own. My monthly income from SSI isn't enough to cover rent for a new place. Baking cakes has always been my passion, and I'm hoping to turn that into a way to support myself. My goal is to set up a small cake business so I can afford to pay rent and have a place to call my own.

With your support, I would be able to rent an affordable place and purchase the essentials for my cake business—a 15 qt stand mixer, shelves, a metal table, and a few more things to get started. Having these tools would allow me to bake more cakes, grow my business, and work toward financial independence. Every bit of help brings me closer to stability and the chance to continue doing what I love.
