On March 10, 2026 the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant on my apartment, for videos I made on TikTok. I am raising money to for a legal defense and to fight eviction.

About my case

The origins of my story starts here, with my nonverbal autistic daughter’s fight for justice. (LINK) After a year and half of fighting on her behalf and suffering from government retaliation already, I began to put my thoughts into what I would later name “The Overman’s Manifesto: A Theory of Everything and A Manual For American Leadership” This was produced and published in April 2025.

In May 2025 I re-started my @gabethegreat18 TikTok account where I began to read my manifesto page by page. The comment section on TikTok is actually where the idea of the Pro Human Movement was formed. By this time it’s the summer of 2025, and issues around the country have intensified. The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by this time is an masked occupying force in the United States of America led by the illegitimate President of United States Donald Trump. Citizens are afraid, illegal deportations are rampant, citizens are being shipped all over the planet, procedures are not being followed, court orders ignored, and no one in the government, elected or otherwise, is taking any meaningful action to stop the harm of the masked ICE force. As citizens we are watching our country fall apart, our society crumble, our lives becoming more disoriented and not a single leader is taking any meaningful action to stop the reign of Donald Trump’s masked occupying force.

“Slide ICE”

In the Fall of 2025 I began spontaneously making videos saying as citizens we need to “slide ice”. I made it clear it several videos what I meant by that: ICE is operating as a domestic terrorism force and seemingly is not restrained by law. As citizens we must be prepared to use self defense when necessary if we want to stay alive. I do not own a firearm, have not owned a firearm, and personally thinks the guns should’ve been taken off the streets after Columbine. But the moment we live in is unlike anytime before in human history. Our government genuinely expects us to watch blatant crime from the inside Oval Office day after day while they do nothing and our neighborhoods are terrorized and our ability to provide for our families becomes more of a fantasy every day. The United States government is proving itself to be a farce. No one in government cares about the citizens. No one with the spine to stand up to corruption or the integrity to stay true to their vow to uphold the United States Constitution, as flawed as it may be.

So the message resonated with The People. “Slide ICE” was not a call to violent offensive attack on, what we pretend is, “the government”. It was about The People finally being able to set a boundary between them and their tyrannical government that had already gone too far. It became an online rallying cry that told The People, maybe we can’t control the brutality of the government, but we can take a stand.

By January 2026, The Pro Human Movement had been meeting on Sunday afternoons consistently for well over 3 months. Some had begun calling it their “church”. These Community Meetings have always been opened, never been closed, and no plans of harming any government officials were made in these meetings. They were a time for encouragement, inspiration, fellowship with likeminded individuals, spirited debates over ideas like “why do we keep peacefully protesting if our government never responds?”

ICE worsens. In January we watch ICE agents take the lives of two citizens for peacefully resisting the regime’s masked occupying force. The world watched Renee Good and Alex Petti die on camera. They also watched as the both were quickly labeled domestic terrorists, Donald Trump briefly flirt with the ideas of taking firearms from the American citizens, and of course, no one is prosecuted for the deaths.

Now The People were being told to ignore their eyes. Now the people are watching innocent Americans lives being taken on video by a masked occupying force and politicians, judges, and executive agents alike, all take no meaningful action to defend the citizens. Clearly the people were angry. Minnesota organize the largest strike in 70 years. “Slide ICE” regained momentum but this time was different.

Because now The People also had definitive proof of corruption of their government. Now it made sense why no one was doing anything. They were all in on it. And even now they still try to hide much of the Epstein Files. So The People now are being forced by the United States government to endure constant economic turmoil, a masked militarized police force who will not be prosecuted if video shows the taking a life, constant disinformation from all three branches of government, AND NOW must accept that all this is happening because a small class of people who do things to children that violate GoFundMe’s terms of service.

That’s too much to ask for. Being a government openly ran by what we call on TikTok “PDF Files” is nuts. Full stop. That’s the politics. That’s the religion. That’s the philosophy. A government ran by and protecting pdf files has no legitimate authority over The People. Not in a meaningful or honest way. It’s just one big enforcement mechanism meant to protect those who extract without restraint from The People.

So The People’s Final March Washington. I said on July 4th, 2026 we should organize and demand the government give into the People’s singular demand: get rid of the PDF Files and their protectors from government or we should burn it down. The People finally see that what we call “law” is nothing more than a sadistic game the powerful play with the poor. If THE WORLD can be given verifiable, provable facts that not only President of the United States but many of elites of American are involved in the most vilest of evils and the American government sits by and does nothing then the rule of law ceases to exists.

The FBI, the same FBI that sits and makes not a single arrest from the Epstein evidence, now wants to possibly charge me with is solicitation of violence. But how can law be violated when the rule of law does not exist? It was a call for the government to rid themselves of the PDF Files or The People would have to do it themselves? No definitive plans were made, no firearms purchased, no tickets bought, no flights or hotel booked, no crime committed, just a demand from a citizenry that is drawing the line at children not being protected.

This is the same rationale used to found this country.

The People have been betrayed. That’s not our fault. And persecuting those of us who defend ourselves against the betrayal are being labeled as violent or calling for violence as we experience violence from the government. Clearly the people do not want violence. Clearly I have not made any acts to commit violence or given directions or instructions how to do so that could reasonably lead to a crime. In the few videos I made of the People’s Marc it was always rooted the Founding’s philosophy, and urging of the government to do right by the people. This is not a call to violence, this is the United States forcing its own hand. The United States cannot remain the United States with a government this corrupt. It’s not possible. What the government is asking its citizens to do, ignore blatant vile wickedness from the government, while maintaining their conscious. We are not them. It can’t be done.

Be even still. It remained online. No meet ups. No plans. An idea for a flyer, but no organization around a specific date, or building, or person, no specific instructions given to anyone. Just a citizen correctly responding to the moment based upon his country’s founding ideology.

We can’t even discuss self defense online while Donald Trump gets to scam the American public everyday and the United States government now wants to waste our tax dollars investigating a person responding to said scam. Online. With no means or intent for anyone to do anything except stand in the gap where our government failed. It’s the United States job to protect us from these people. They have failed so now we’ve been forced to protect ourselves. It’s madness. The entity responsible for protecting us is investigating us for protecting ourselves while it sits idly by as our lives are taken on camera.
