For a long time, I've struggled with having no teeth and dentures that just don't fit. Every day, I can only eat soft foods or cut everything into tiny pieces. My gums are constantly sore, swollen, and injured, which makes wearing dentures even more painful. Speaking is tough without teeth, and even with dentures, they often fall out—even after adjustments and using adhesive. Because of this, I don't talk much in public anymore. While my top dentures fit okay, the bottoms are unbearable. All of this has made it very uncomfortable to be around friends and family, and I'm too embarrassed to go to job interviews or work.

These are bolted into my jaw bones, and the dentures are secured with tiny screws, giving me a stable, comfortable fit. With these, I could eat normally, speak clearly, and finally feel confident in public again. It would mean the world to me to be able to smile, enjoy meals, and reconnect with the people I care about.
