I am a severe type one diabetic on an insulin pump, living with many disabilities that have deeply affected my daily life. I have severe diabetic neuropathy in both my legs and feet, as well as my arms and hands. On top of that, I struggle with carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists, arthritis in both hands, and I am on the autism spectrum. Because of my diabetes, I am losing all my teeth, and I am at risk of losing my eyesight and hearing in the future. My diabetes has taken my teeth, my smile, and a lot of my happiness away from me. I cannot work due to my disabilities and am currently trying to apply for disability, but the process is long and uncertain.

Receiving teeth would be one of the biggest blessings I could ask for at this time, besides being approved for disability. It would give me back the smile I used to have and allow me to show myself in public without being scared of what people think of me. I don’t want to be mislabeled or judged for something I have little to no control over. I am currently engaged to be married, and it would mean the absolute world to me if I could smile on my wedding day. Your support would not only help me eat and improve my health, but it would also restore my confidence and happiness.

If anybody is able to help me achieve this goal, you would forever be in my heart and my family's. I would love to hug each and every one of you to show what your generosity has done for me.
