Hi everyone,

My name is Tyra, and I've been working hard to grow my modeling career for the past 10 years. I was recently chosen to walk in New York Fashion Week this weekend (9/13-9/14) — a dream come true and a huge step forward for me as a professional model.

The exciting (and stressful) part is that I was told very last minute, which didn't give me the time to save up and prepare financially the way I wanted. Thanks to my dad, my flight and hotel are covered , but I don't have any extra money for the other essentials that will allow me to show up fully prepared — things like:

• Transportation in the city (to shows, fittings, and shoots)

• Food while I'm there

• Last-minute beauty/hair/makeup needs

• Small but important expenses that always pop up during a trip like this

Modeling at NYFW is not only a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but also a chance to be seen, network, and book future jobs that can change the course of my career. Every little bit helps me step into this experience with confidence, focus, and gratitude.
