29 with severe arthritis trying to become a streamer

Hello, my name is Tate, I was born in Ontario Canada, I have lived in Ontario my whole life, in the last 4 or so years I was diagnosed with a severe inflammatory arthritis condition that predominantly affects younger males, it's known as ankylosing spondylitis. It affects my immune system and the arthritis drug that I have to inject into my body once a month for the rest of my life also costs 350 dollars a month if I ever end up losing my benefits, for clarification the only thing saving me is my benefits, the moment I lose my benefits which could be tomorrow or next year I will essentially have no means of affording this drug ever again, the additional coverage I receive from the province of Ontario only covers up to 20% of the 350 dollars, still leaving me with at least 250 dollars a month on top of car insurance, rent, groceries , amongst other bills as well. I have recently begun trying to become a streamer as my options are very limited and I cannot be on my feet for excessive amounts of time without hurting my back or just becoming very tired. An 8 hour working shift at my job feels like a 15 hour shift for a person without this condition. It's very tiring. I need at the very least 200 dollars to be able to afford the stream labs so that I can stream to multiple platforms at once and I would like to spend the 200 dollars at once to purchase it by the year that way i have to worry about it next year and not have to worry about 25 dollars a month, the 25 dollars a month is also more expensive than just getting the yearly, anyway, this will greatly help me in increasing my chances at having any success at streaming, video games have always been a large part of my life and I will probably never stop playing, I always seen myself as an 80 year old man who plays video games, that was truly my biggest dream, unfortunately I may not ever get to experience that even, but don't worry about the sad stuff, I need help now and I am capable and willing now to do what I can to get by. Honestly I don't want to create a pity party for myself, I want to enjoy my life and enjoy it the way I want to. This condition is hard enough on a day to day basis and I don't want to make it any harder on myself or anyone else, I'm only 29 years old and my back is probably 50 plus now. Just for some perspective on the situation. I haven't uploaded anything to my Youtube yet as I've only been able to stream to Twitch. I'll upload the rough copy of my first video I recorded yesterday just so you have something to watch, the video you'll see on youtube will be edited EVENTUALLY, but an hours long video takes 30-45 hours or so for someone who knows what they are doing. (I don't, yeesh! LOL) I think I'll just kind of end it there I could go on all day, I'll just leave it here tho and hopefully we can reach this goal!
