For the third year in a row, I am raising funds to serve at Passion Camp in Daytona Beach, Florida. Each summer, I have the privilege of interacting with over 6,000 middle and high school students and their leaders, helping to create an environment where they can experience the love of Jesus. Through amazing speakers and Christian artists, these students are given the chance to hear the gospel in a powerful, convention-style summer camp setting. My role allows me to connect with them, encourage them, and show them that no matter what challenges they face, they are not alone.
As someone who is legally blind, I know firsthand the obstacles that can come with serving in this way. But I also know how important it is for these students to see that anyone can serve the Lord, regardless of their circumstances. My journey is about more than just attending camp—it's about being a living example of perseverance and faith, and inspiring others to do the same.
The funds I raise will go directly toward covering the costs of airfare, hotel, food, and transportation while I’m in Daytona. Because I can’t drive or rent a car, I rely on rideshares, which adds to the expense. Traveling to serve is costly, especially with the additional expenses due to a disability. That’s why I’m reaching out for help. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to making this trip possible and sharing the love of Jesus with kids who may never see it at home. No matter how much you give, or even if you don’t give at all and simply pray, each donation and prayer is truly a blessing. May God bless you and keep each and every one of you!
