Help Me See My Husband Before He Dies

Please help me get to Brisbane Queensland Australia to spend a few weeks with my dying husband. The doctor says he's only got 6 months to live before the metastatic prostate cancer takes him. I had to leave him in Brisbane 3 years ago to return to Chicago raise my young grandson. Now he needs me to return for a short time to help care for him and spend some quality time with him. My financial situation (unemployed, no income) is such that I cannot pay for a return fare to Brisbane. If we could raise a few thousand dollars, I could get to him for a little while. I would not be doing this fund raising if I could borrow, but the banks won't even look at me without an income..  My darling daughter offered her retirement fund, but I will not take that from her... As my plan A fell through, I am trying this plan B.  With your support I can make an old fella smile for a little while and we can say goodbye properly. Thanks for reading.
