Hello friends. This is my beloved Luna.

She belonged to friends of mine, Debbie and Xevin, who lived periodically in a house in the same village as me, where I've spent many years feeding her and keeping her company, in between their stays, and I become fond of her. I have moved, so after Debbie's recent passing, when Xevin could'n be here enough to take care of Luna, it was decided that the best choice for her was to come live with me and my other two cats, that she already knew, even though we live quite in limbo and very frugally on a narrow budget at this time.

Luna is getting old, and with that, the typical complications. I noticed that she eats more and more, drinks a lot, but still looses weight and got skinnier and skinnier. I It worried me, so I took her to the vet. It turns out after expensive tests, that Luna suffers from hypoglycemia, putting her metabolism on overdrive.

I've started her on medication, that she will need to get fed twice a day for the rest of her life, and I also have to do follow up blood tests and keep feeding her quite a lot. I can see after a few weeks that it is working, she is slowly gaining weight and is less obsessive about eating, but unfortunately it's quite expensive for me.

Moving and costs of starting a new self-employment, dentistry, recent health issues and other veterinary bills has resulted in a very stretched economy and insecure income for myself lately, so for Luna's sake, I could really need some help securing her medication for a while.
